The year was 1999 – Herb, John & David put all their cards on the table, for fear that Y2K could be the end of times. Lucky for us, it wasn’t – it was just the beginning.

Found a niche in Professional, technical recruiting. Decisions by 'dartboard'. Humble beginnings.

Herb Dew

Founder, Chairman, & CEO | Passionate ideator who truly gets excited about creating out-of-the-box 'people at work' solutions. Loves Christmas, being a new grandfather, conversation-sparking socks, and half-zip pullovers. And to top it all off - there is no one in this world that loves us better.

David Sewell, HTI
David Sewell

Founder & Chief Operations Officer | Though constantly heckled by his two counterparts and often pinned as the office grump, no one can deny his bright, warm smile and cheery disposition. Loves classic automobiles, getting fashion tips from his wife, and living a healthy lifestyle.

John Knight

Founder & Chief Growth Officer | John, 'The Executor", Knight has the reputation of the guy who gets things done. His signature 'disheveled' look never ceases being accompanied by either steel-toe boots or designer mules. Also loves long boarding and pretending he isn't important.
