My paycheck/paycard is not working.

Ask your site representative or reach out to a recruiter at your local recruiting office.

I need to access my pay history

As an employee of HTI, you will have access to the HTI Employee Portal. Once active, you will be able to access your paystub history, benefit information and tax documentation. Please follow the instructions below to begin the setup process.

1. You should receive an email with instructions and a link to the portal once you start working with us
2. If you missed the email, use this link
3. If you have never logged into the system, you will be required to create a password upon first log in.

PAY:

1. Once logged in, utilize the menu on the left hand side to navigate to “Pay and Tax” and then “Pay History”
2. Once on “Pay History” screen, scroll to the bottom until you see the DOWNLOAD PAY STUB button

YEAR-END TAX FORMS:

1. Once logged in, utilize the menu on the left hand side to navigate to “Pay and Tax” and then “Year-end Tax Forms”

BENEFITS:

1. Once logged in, utilize the menu on the left hand side to navigate to “Benefits”
2. If already enrolled, click “My Benefits”
3. If eligible to enroll, click “Benefit Enrollment”
